    • delivery of work equipment and vehicles to site
    • establishment of the site area, including safety features, sheds and facilities for the project team
    • stripping and demolition of the existing building

This work will involve the use of equipment such as trucks, bulldozers and excavators. Site clearing works are expected to take six weeks to complete. Work vehicles will enter and exit the site via Botany Road and Bourke Street. All works will be carried out in accordance with the conditions of consent issued by City of Sydney which outline construction management requirements such as dust mitigation and maintaining safe traffic and pedestrian access.

    Work Hours
The approved work hours are Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5.30pm and Saturdays between 7.30am – 3.30pm.

Residents and businesses may experience some additional noise and vehicle movements. We will be working hard to minimise construction impacts on residents and businesses and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Ongoing Communication
Given there are a number of construction projects currently underway in the Green Square area, we are working with other developers with sites in the northern part of the Green Square Town Centre (UrbanGrowth NSW, Mirvac and the City of Sydney) to coordinate a streamlined approach to project communications.

Once established, this approach will be implemented for the duration of our construction works, which are expected to be completed by mid-2019. This will ensure residents and business operators are regularly updated with the works on site and will provide a single point of contact for questions and concerns to be raised. This process is being developed in collaboration with the City of Sydney to ensure that where possible works are coordinated to minimise impacts on the local area and that there is a structured process supporting the flow of information between residents, business operators and developers.

    In the meantime, should you:
