Cycling strategy survey
The cycle strategy and action plan 2007–2017 has underpinned the City's cycling program for the past 10 years.
We are updating the strategy to continue our work to achieve Sustainable Sydney 2030 direction 4 – to make Sydney a city for walking and cycling.
Facilitating and encouraging walking and cycling for short trips helps keep the city moving for businesses, workers, tourists and residents, improves public health and reduces pollution.
We asked for your feedback about your vision for the future of cycling in Sydney whether you are a new rider, regular rider or never get on a bicycle. The survey closed on Sunday 5 November 2017.
We will use your feedback to inform the development of our strategy. The draft strategy will be available in early 2018 for community feedback.
